Why pursue Absolute Reality

Suffering is mental interpretation mistaken for Reality itself.

Practice does not deny thoughts or thinking; it restores right relationship by letting Awareness reveal what is directly true in the moment. Thoughts will persist as long as necessary for the natural unfoldment of Absolute Nature. What you truly are shines irrespective of thinking, though the thoughts subsist significantly with clear Self Enquiry.

Distortion through mind

Unquestioned assumptions, narratives, memories, and projection color experience distorting Reality as it Is- Now.

Clarity through Awareness

Steady abidance in unfettered Awareness loosens the egos trauma, fear based contractions and reveals a quieter, more reliable ground of Being and Knowing.

Happiness as alignment

As life aligns with what is real, happiness becomes less dramatic and more stable.

Core Teachings

A clear map into direct spiritual practice

Toward lived alignment with Absolute Reality.

Pure Awareness

Awareness is the constant field - the Pure Field prior to any thought; irrespective of any thought. The thoughts resolve naturally with the stabilization in this acceptance of Reality as it is, outside of time and outcome, desire and confusion.

The Limits of Mind

Mind is a useful instrument, but it can never fully contain what is prior to concept. By it's ingrained limitations it can only perceive reality via its distortions. These limits are the false bindings of Absolute Reality as manifested in individual beings.

Advaita Clarity

Continually witnessing and perceiving the origination and dispersal  of thoughts reveals the apparent divide between self and Reality as illusion. What most people experience as life is just a misunderstanding or misinterpretation of the Pure Field/ Absolute Reality that is always occurring presently.

Bhakti Opening

Devotion loosens the contractions and knots of the ego mind and  energetic body. and aligns the heart with earnestness, humility, trust, and surrender. Quite simply the ego mind gets subsumed in the Absolute Reality of the Pure Love that we are in Reality and have always been.

Daily integration

Let understanding become lived practice.

With practice every moment becomes an opportunity to live in Absolute Reality

  1. Constant observance is Self Inquiry itself.

Release the mind into the Heart throughout the day. Treasure your time of contemplation and respect the amount of energy and time relatively necessary to achieve what is ours naturally but must be pursued relentlessly to the ends of the ego. This is Jed Mckenna's "white whale". The final pursuit.

  2. Relationships as reflection of Self

It is very observable that the quality of our mental/emotional states affect the people and world around us. Everything is aware of everything at the subtle level. Everything is Absolute Reality in the simplest sense. The greatest gift we can give our loved ones and the non existant world at large is the dissolution of the troublesome ego into Absolute Reality.

  3. Attention reset

When distraction arises, how quickly does Awareness return? You'll find the gaps less and less.

  4. Emotional weather

For some, when the heart really begins to open there can be an outpouring initially of pent up emotions and tears as old traumas are resolved. Eventually the sadness or grief gives way to pure joy, pure acceptance of the love that is all around; that you are and have always been.

  5. Evening reflection

Close the day with two quiet minutes: what felt true, and what can be lived more clearly tomorrow.

Yes. You can begin with simple, grounded practices and clear guidance. No prior vocabulary is required—only sincerity and a willingness to observe your experience honestly.

What does “begin the practice” mean here?

It means starting with clear foundational guidance: that the clarity of Absolute Reality must be experienced in the moment. It begins with a simple rhythm of contemplation; a reflection on eternity and timelessness — then deepening that experience into the deathless presence of the Absolute in a forever unfolding expression of Truth..
